First Fruits Sunday
On the first Sunday each month everyone is invited to bring fresh fruit. This fresh produce is donated to Mission of Yahweh, a homeless shelter for women and children. 
 
Lunch Donations for Youth Group 
We are accepting food donations for our Sunday afternoon Youth Group (EYC) meetings. Contact Jill Center to find out what you can do to help feed our hungry teens.
 
Sonshine Kids Meet the First Sunday of Each Month
For all children of elementary age. Kids meet for fun and fellowship from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunshine Kids meet once a month from October to May from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Youth Room. We meet next on November 13, 2010 - join the fun!
 
 
Communion and Prayers for Healing
Every Wednesday at 12:05 p.m., everyone is invited to the Chapel for a service of healing with Holy Communion. If you or someone you know are ill or in need of special healing prayers for any reason, please come.
 
Morning Bible Study
Everyone is invited to Father Bob's Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. Bible Study. 
 
Labyrinth Walk
Our Labyrinth Walk is in the parish hall on the second Tuesday of each month from 7 to 9 p.m. Enter from the double doors on the drive way side of the hall. Everyone is invited.
 
Senior Exercise Every Tuesday at 10 a.m.
All seniors are invited to this safe, fun exercise class. Bring friends and stay healthy! 
 
Youth Sunday Afternoon Bible Study, Food, and Fun
All youth (grades 6 - 12) are invited to Sunday Afternoon Bible study at Noon. Bring your friends to share a time of food and fellowship.

Send submissions and photos to Jill Center. The St. Christopher's Chronicles are published every two months and available at church on Sunday and in the office on week days.
 
Volunteers Needed
The Thrift Shop needs you. Please contact the shop's manager, Claudia Langerud, at 713-467-7743, to learn more about this fun and rewarding volunteer opportunity. Proceeds from St. Christopher's Thrift Shop benefit Houston Hospice and other community charitable organizations.
